Your Role: Litigation Associate Attorney - Tort Defense
• Conducting and defending expert and witness depositions.
• Drafting motions and other complex litigation documents.
• Preparing discovery requests and drafting responses for exchange with various parties.
• Building and maintaining client relationships through effective oral and written communication.
• Assisting with trial preparation, including drafting motions, and organizing exhibit and witness lists.
• Competitive salary up to $160k, dependent on experience + benefits + discretionary bonuses

Requirements:
• Qualified candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in Toxic Tort defense cases
